SMS Terms & Conditions

Program: Bouquet Wedding Alerts (delivered through Bouquet, the wedding social app at bouquet.love).

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box on any Bouquet registration or notifications form, you authorize Bouquet (bouquet.love) to send you time-sensitive wedding updates: announcements from the couple, schedule changes and event reminders, messages from your groups and other guests, RSVP notices, and other wedding-related updates. Message frequency varies— it can be high around the event, when you may receive many messages per day, with occasional messages before and after. Separately, if you sign in with your phone number, we send a one-time verification code by SMS at your request. Consent is not a condition of RSVPing or attending. Standard message & data rates may apply.

To stop messages, reply STOP at any time (you will receive one final confirmation) or email support@bouquet.love. For help, reply HELP or use the same email. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms occasionally; continued participation after updates posted at this URL constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

SMS Privacy Policy

Bouquet collects your name, mobile number, and basic message-log metadata solely to deliver wedding SMS notifications and verification codes, troubleshoot delivery issues, and meet carrier or legal record-keeping requirements. We do not store message content beyond what is operationally necessary.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by emailing support@bouquet.love to request deletion (subject to legal retention duties). We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
